shaker square and this is the 1st time in the 3 years that I have been property manager that we have ever received a Revdex.com complaint against us. I credit that to our team and commitment to service.[redacted]'s complaint is false. I did meet with [redacted] and she did ask abut her options for terminating her lease early. We are governed by fair housing so we have to offer all the tenants the same options. Early lease termination is not a uncommon request that we receive a few times a year due to professionals needing to re locate for work. This is also not the first time that a resident would not want to pay an early termination fee and would want to make false claims in order to save money and not pay an early termination fee or put in the effort to have someone else take over their duration of their remaining lease. We did let [redacted] out of her lease, as we found a tenant to lease her apartment. Our team does our best to honor all of our residents and provide the best service we can. We welcome you to come to our property located at [redacted] and speak to our tenants. I believe you will find the exact opposite of the claims made by [redacted].
