Refund not received for more than 1 year inspite of multiple Voicemails and email reminders. Though the insurance company has already paid the doctor and I am owed a refund, its now over 1 year and inspite of multiple reminders I have not received a response to my voicemails and emails and have not been refunded the excess amount paid. This office has cancelled multiple appointments over the last 90 days with less than 1 hours' notice. Possible overcharging. Services on hold from 5/9
I paid for a crown on May 2 that I have byte to receive. This dentist has cancelled at least 5 appointments at the last minute (less than 60 minutes notice), with no explanation. I selected a new dentist, and have gotten other work done there in the last 2 weeks. After reviewing the treatment plan from Dr. Patel, my new dentist stated that I was likely overcharged for other services that I never received.

Again today, I arrived at Dr. Patel's office, only to be told that he wasn't in. I live roughly 30 minutes away, and I did not receive a call before I left home.
