I ordered for delivery last night and the wrong order arrived I ordered orange chicken and cashew chicken, but received general Tsao and broccoli and chicken I called to have my order correcected and the owner asked me to describe the chicken I explained to him that the boxes had letters on them; one said cb the other gtc He asked again for me to describe what the chicken looked like When I said one was a brown sauced chicken, he insisted that was the orange chicken I told him it was not, and I wanted my correct order He argued with me about making it correct if I couldn’t describe it, insisting it wasn’t wrong He refused to refund or to remake the order with the correct food even after my boyfriend went to the shop to return it I’ve now paid $and some change for a wrong order with no resolve
