Review: In 2008, [redacted] was contracted to do a complete new roof that cost me $7500 with ten year warranty. Over past 7 years, I continue to have leakage problems from the roof he completed. [redacted] assure me every time he came to fix areas were the roof was leaking it was resolved. The last past couple of months I have made several attempts to contact [redacted] to resolve the continuation of leakage from the roof. He has ignore my phones and messages I left. When he returns my calls he tells me that he is out of the country and is unable to come over to fix the leakage. Last, week my roof completely collapse on my tenants, which cause major damage. I rehired new company that assess and estimated the cost to fix the roof. Which will cost me another $7500.Desired Settlement: I need full refund due unprofessional work and the cost to put another complete roofing.
