Review: I used to go to [redacted] who was a Master Stylist here. Not knowing she was gone, I tried to make an appointment with her, but they also wouldn't tell me where she left to so I decided to try another "master stylist" that they pushed me to named [redacted]. BIG MISTAKE. She did not care about my concerns, the hair color was HORRIBLE! TERRIFYING! HIDEOUS! and she blow dried my hair in 5 minutes and it looked like a frizzy mess. I called and asked for my money back, however, they refused to do so but not only that, they also contacted my previois stylist telling her to get in touch with me to change my mind and forced her to post a fake positive review on [redacted] about [redacted]. DO NOT go here. Fair warning! RUN from this place! [redacted] is a low class wanting to make it big in the City.Desired Settlement: I want my money back!
