Shaffer & Sons Heating & Cooling

RUN, This company missed 2 apt and never offered to make it wright. DO NOT USE THEM. They will make you wait and then just not show up.

We have contacted Shaffer & Sons to repair a broken air conditioning unit in the middle of the Arizona heat. Their technician came out and stated a senior advisor needed to review the unit for approval and would get back to us immediately. The office called and scheduled the senior advisor to come on Saturday and they did not show up. We then scheduled the next available date for Monday and again they did not show.

We contacted the office and spoke with an individual who I’m guessing is the owner. The individual had no cares about the situation nor even apologized about missing the appointments. As her child was crying in the background and her cell phone was going off during the conversation, I was told how valuable our business was to Shaffer & Sons as she discussed next steps. I told her my priority was my wife and young children in this environment and needed to keep their appointment. She then told me that I wasn’t worth talking to and hung up the phone. Staying at a resort for a few days is well worth not working with a company like this and warning others to avoid companies who evidently don’t have competent enough techs to get an approval the first time and lack customer service support to keep an appointment.
