of times we also thought we had the issue fixed a number of times but there was a issue with the software. I did appoligize to him on different occasions I also gave him three months of free garbage service.We finally got the problem fixed and he wanted us to give him another four months free I told him we were unable to do this because we still provided him every week with his garbage service. I understand the complaints about the billing problems and I am very sorry that that happen but we could not come to a agreement because I could not give him another four months free. I think that the three months free were more then enough for the issues. I wish Mr. Kleber well and I hope he has no hard fellings Russell Shaffer

late, we went to open her gate to get the trash and her dog got loose. At that time she was outside with the dog around the corner when we opened the gate. She started yelling at me saying it was my fault that her dog got out which there were witness to her abusive treatment of the driver. The driver went out looking for her dog and 5 minutes later he saw the dog in her vehicle heading for the house. The driver stopped back at the house to make sure everything was okay and she verbally attacked the driver again. She said she was quitting. Because we serviced her in the month she did not get a refund. I however am going to pay her $12.50 so that the harassing phone calls stop.
