Mrs*** was upset that the grass was cut too ***I explained that we cut the grass ***er in the spring because it grows very quickly and reflects the wishes of the majority of our customer'sWe cut the lawn on occasionsI explained that I cut the second cutting myself and I do not know what I could have differently to make the lawn look better than it was once I was done cuttingAfter further discussing the situation, I came to the conclusion that I would not be able to meet her expectationsSome people do not like the way a commercial mower cuts their lawn when they are accustomed to homeowner 21" mowersI then informed Mrs*** that it would be better that I no longer cut her lawn because I can not meet her expectations and she agreedI have spoken with Mrs*** and have explained that I went and looked at her grass and there is no damage done to itEnclosed, please see the pictures taken showing that there is no damage to her lawn. He states that he personally cut my lawn the second cutting .  The second cutting was fine. No issues there. it was the next cutting that destroyed my lawn. He came to my door without calling and asking if he could come over.  He startled my 86 year old mother. That was wrong. I do not want any further contact directly with me or my mother. He also charged me for two more cuttings.   I had to pay another company to come in and repair the damage done  He also had to fertilize again because he believed that did not happen.  Regards,
