Shaffer has wonderful staff members from the moment you make your appointment to the kind men who come and service your home. Rodney has helped u with our AC. He is a n experience tech who is patient, careful, thorough and honest! We are happy with the way we are treated like family.

Fabian was on time and knowledgeable and very professional. He is researching where the exact units I need for my application are available and is scheduled to follow up with me.
