Review: Good afternoon: I'm very frustrated with the way things have transpired within the last month. I made a purchase for recently online and I still haven't received the package. I informed Shadora while providing them the case number within the local post office, and I 'm still waiting for a response. I'm currently in a situation where I can't afford just throw my money out the door. There should be some type of protection for the customer to receive the merchandise. At this point I don't think I should be the one complaining to the USPS about my package. There should be some type of reimbursement to the client.Desired Settlement: I would like for the Shadora jewelry company to resend me the package I purchased originally.

Review: I received damaged products the last two times I ordered from this website and to my suprise no one even contacted me regarding this situation. I've been ordering my boyfriend the same bracelets from the same company for the last two years and last month when I received a damaged clasp I was stunned. In addition a transaction ordered a week later came damaged as well. I contacted them multiple times and didn't even receive the curtsey of any kind of response . I would like what I ordered not damaged goods !

Review: I purchased a Alternative Bridal: 1/4 Carat Tanzanite and Sterling Silver Anniversary Band (Size: 7) from Shadora.com. I received the ring and decided that I didn't want it, so I returned it with an RMA number by USPS with a tracking number. My tracking number tells me that they received the item at 8:52 AM on January [redacted], 2013, however I still have not seen a credit for $17.99 on the card that I used to pay. I have contacted them many times to explain the situation through the email return form they have on their website, but they have not even responded to me. I would like to get my money back from this company.Desired Settlement: I would hope to receive the $17.99 they owe me. Thank you.

Review: I ordered a pair of earrings from Shadora.com and supplied (in error) my previous address for delivery. I had moved a month prior. I tried to call them immediately and they told me that they had no way to change the address of my package. I had a mail forward in place but I never received my earrings. Instead they went down to Hilelah, Florida and have been stuck there ever since.
