Review: I ordered a pair of Sun Glass Frames from Shades Broker on 10/**/2013. I have called and emailed the company numerous times to determine the status of the order with no response from Shades Broker. Meanwhile, the company has charged my credit card $105.00.Desired Settlement: To have someone from the company contact me and to ship the frames so I receive them this week.
Review: I purchased 2 optical frames from [redacted] (also known as shadesbroker.com) online on 8/**/14. Upon receiving this purchase on 8/**/14, I realized that the products description online did not match what I was sent. Although the written information matched what appeared online, both frames were a different color then what was advertised. Numerous initial attempts to contact the company via telephone were sent to voice mail. On 8/**/14, I was finally able to reach a customer service representative on the phone whom identified herself as [redacted]. I explained my situation and asked whether the 20% restocking fee would apply. She became very aggressive and hostile, insisting that I refer to their return policy online. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she informed me that she was the supervisor, and that I could not speak to anyone else. I seek resolution in the form of a full refund for the items returned.Desired Settlement: A full refund of $404.74

Review: Hello, I purchased a pair of men Cazal eyeglasses style 616 from a website called ShadesBroker. Upon receiving the glasses I noticed that the arms on he glasses were very lose as well as the lens, o also noticed that the Gold was daul. I took the glasses to a Cazal specialist where I was told that the glasses were not authentic. The glasses were a great copy but they were not real. I reached out to the company via email and explained to them the situation. The replied back advising me to let them know if I wanted to exchange the glasses or get a full refund they would email me the information needed, I respond to the email that I wanted to exchange the glasses but no one ever sent me the information needed for the return. I've called several times left multiple messages as well as emails and no one has yet to contact me regarding this matter. At this point I would like a full refund. I paid for the glasses to b sent out express mail I would like that back as well. I am completely dissatisfied with the purchase and I would like my money back.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the glasses
Review: We ordered a pair of frames on 6-**-2013 from the online website framesbroker.com, they sent a confirmation email stating they would ship in 3-4 days. They then called and said they were on backorder and they didn't know how long it would be. We waited a few days and then started to look elsewhere, when we found the same frames in stock from somewhere else we called the Frames Broker to cancel our order if it had not shipped yet. The lady said no problem she would cancel the order. We then ordered the frames somewhere else and had them in a matter of days. Then to our surprise a box arrived on 08-**-2013 with the frames from frames broker. We have called several times and no one answered, we called one day and the phone system was down and they said to go to the website which was also not working. Finally today again I called, [redacted] answered and I explained the situation, she scolded me and said they were never cancelled and we could return them subject to a 20% re stocking fee. I asked her to email me what she was saying so I had proof this time, she placed me on hold for ultimately 21 minutes before hanging up on me. In the meantime I started a chat session with [redacted] who would not provide me with a manager to speak to, just kept referring me back to [redacted], she said we didn't cancel the order and she couldn't help.Desired Settlement: Full refund including the extra shipping we originally selected as we wanted these fast, $366.77. I would also like this company investigated as I searched I found that this is what they do to people and its bad business.
Review: Hello,I purchased a pair of glasses in June and they are faulty. I have been trying to reach the company for 3 weeks: first the phone system was out "out of service," and so I emailed, followed by a phone message once the phones were working. Also their online chat service is "unavailable." I have spoken directly with the manufacturer of the frames and they confirmed that I have a 2 year warranty and my glasses seem to be flawed and that the company I purchased them from should honor the warranty. They are trying to help and contact the company. I have also contacted my credit card, but during the time I have been trying to waiting to hear from the company, my 90 limit expired, (although they are seeing if they can make an exception as I have extenuating circumstances (my mother died last month.) The company is Framesbroker but my charge came through as [redacted] (they seem to be one and the same.) My info is order # [redacted] This is a very difficult time for me and I would be grateful for any help. I cannot use the glasses and so I am forced to wear an old pair with a very outdated RX.Desired Settlement: I want to exchange the frames for a new pair of the same kind. Again, I am under warranty. My optometrist is willing to replace the lenses.
Review: Ordered pair of eyeglass frames. Order went through and charge card was charged. Received email of order being processed, but have not received any follow up on order being shipped. There have been no responses to my emails regarding the follow up of my order.
