Review: On 4-30-2014 I called Shade's ###-###-#### to have our windows cleaned. The service teem showed up to clean the windows. I ask if they do gutters, and he said yes, and ask did they cleaned up the dabre and he said yes.I said ok I have 110 ft of gutter. They cleaned the window just fine but they did not clean out all of the gutters(30 ft)in the back but still charged me for 110 ft and they did not clean up . I had to clean up the miss my self. My wife called to complan the lady said they would reinburcee us for the hole job. but we said no we just wanted the gutters cleaned out .Then the lady said she would talk to the owner about what thy could do. She called back and said they could give us a coupon the next year 2015. We said no and wold just like to have the $ 30. returned to us for the 30 ft that was not done. She said that would be ok and the send us the $30. WE said ok and thanks. So fair no checkDesired Settlement: We would like to a refund of $30. Sent to us at [redacted]
