Shades of Vision

Review: 2/*/2015 I went to the shop to make my glasses. The shop , Shade of Vision is in network of my insurance. They pushed me to make glasses and contact lenses. After I found out that they didn't use my insurance and took $730.00 out of my pocket. I complained that why they didn't use my insurance. They said "we don't have to tell about it"

I wanted to use my insurance because I don't have to pay extra. My insurance covers eye glasses and contact lenses but they used out of network glasses and out of network contact lenses and they did cheat like all insurance cover.

I went to shop and demanded refund but they refused it and yelled at me " get out!!" contact lenses don't fit my eyes..Desired Settlement: First they should be honesty and trustful. Their responsibilities are that refund money to customers because they cheated and lied.

The money they made was not their money. It's customers' money and should back to customers.
