Review: Placed an order on 12/*, received confirmation of order.
However it is now 12/** and has not been shipped, tried contacting via phone it says their phone system is down all week due to maintenance. Emailed a handful of times and also tried their live chat feature to no avail. I am starting to think this business is a scam. I need help and want to make sure others don't go through this. I want the product before Christmas as it is a gift but if they can not do this than I want to cancel the order. But I can do this because no one seems to work at this company.

Review: This website advertises sunglasses that they do not have in stock. There was a pair of sunglasses by [redacted] that I ordered and paid for that they advertised in stock and would ship within 3-5 days and then emailed me saying they did not have them and never would again. I had a limited time to respond to email before they charged me and then took my money regardless. I didn't receive the email for weeks and contacted them saying I had not received my glasses, they informed me they didn't have them and sent me an email that I never received. I filed a complaint and they refunded me the money. I was in search of another pair of sunglasses by [redacted] they said were in stock and I thought the first time could have just been a bad experience and with the deal I figured I could try again. This time they took my money and sent me an email saying : these glasses should be in stock in about 5 weeks if you want to wait then we will charge you.... What?!?! No you can't advertise product and say 3-5 days and not notify the customer beforehand. They are crooks.Desired Settlement: I want them to stop advertising false products and taking money trying to trick the consumer into responding to emails before taking their money and promising them a product they do not have in stock.
