I am in receipt of your letter dated Feb 27th, 2017 regarding my company and business with [redacted].  This matter was taken care of with the homeowner referenced by the time the letter arrived and it was my understanding that the consumer was to have spoken with you to communicate that end....

  Please let me know if this has not transpired as the consumer has been taken care of.  We had a change of address which delayed your letter.  Thank you for your help in clarifying the resolution.
