In response to your complaint, I refer you back to your own statement which includes the instructions from Go Capital’s Insurance Claims Representative, [redacted] , in which he advised you that you must provide proof of paid invoices in order for Go Capital to reimburse you for the cost of the repairs Unfortunately, you have made several attempts to sidestep these instructions by sending in fake invoices including invoices with no signature and invoices that aren’t even on a company letterhead You are responsible for dragging out this simple process for over a month because of your failure to provide Go Capital with some simple paperwork As of this morning I have been informed by [redacted] that you have finally provided all the paid invoices as requested and your reimbursement will be processed today.Thank you! Dear [redacted]:Go Capital is in receipt of the complaint that was submitted by [redacted] May 17" 2017. Please see response to the complaint below.Per the complaint filed the lessee states that the numbers, payments, were re done to add $200.00 to make payment $2,150.00 in order to...
avoid balloon payment, however, the lessees payments increased as of January 2016 due to a one month deferment. Lessee was past due on his December lease payment, due to lessee claiming repairs needed to be done on equipment, per inbound call received on January 8" 2016. This however did not change the purchase terms of original lease. (See Exhibit A). Lessee also claims that we called advising he had extended for a six (6) month term. As per original contract lessee agreed to send a letter of intent to purchase 120 days prior to expiration of the lease. If lessee did not give such written notice the lease would automatically renew for a 6 month term. (See Exhibit B and C). As per the three (3) purchase payments the lessee should have been well aware as all three (3) exhibits clearly state the Residual purchase option was to remain the same. I, legal department manager [redacted], called lessee on May 23'2017 in attempt to reach resolution but there was no response. Voicemail was left.
