I do not have in writing that they will pay for the rental, I am asking that of them since they did not follow the contract on their end and for bad (understatement) servicesIf you can not include it that is fine, I really only ever wanted to speak with the supervisor and obtain possession of my car, they (S [redacted] and the driver) are refusing to let me speak with a supervisor, and S [redacted] won’t return my calls or emails
I have attached my paypal uship slip and screen shot of my bank account and a picture of the cashiers check
I reported the car as stolen after 4pm when they said they would arrive by this is also for legal purposes The report number is ***At 7pm the driver text me to ask me for my address, I don’t know how he didn’t haven’t address the entire time. I called the police department back and asked for an escort as I’m a female in my 20s in a place where I know no one and this company has been awful, I didn’t feel comfortable accepting it aloneAnd I told the driver that. Please see ***As I did a live video, he threatened to leave with my property if I didn’t take the car right then, he walked up to me full knowing I was waiting for an officer and didn’t feel safeI went into the middle of the highway where he was to inspect the vehicle, because what I sign waves my right for an insurance claimI asked him to take the car off so I knew that it was in proper working order and he refused to do soI had no option but to sign the paper without fully inspecting my property for damage because he was going to leave and take my property with him if I didn’t. I called the dispatcher after to say I wanted to be refunded and after all of that I couldn’t properly inspect my vehicleHe cursed at me and then hung up on me, the number now goes straight to voicemail. I AM NOT HAPPYThis is crazy and who knows how many other people who just deal with their garbage behavior so they can have their carThey need to be held accountable for their AWFUL service
This complaint it beyond exaggerated and invalidCustomer contract is for $804, not $1kWe have attached a copy of the signed contract and email correspondence with this customerPlease review the language this customer uses in email, as well as her failure to understand what can and cannot be doneOur contract, which the customer reviewed and signed, has terms and conditions that state the following: 1) Carrier will pick up and deliver as close to your door as legally and as safely as possibleA mutually agreeable place to load or unload may be necessary because of low hanging trees, low hanging wires, narrow streets and residential area restrictions.2) SGT Auto Transport shall provide Customer with an estimated pick up and estimated delivery dateHowever, delays may occur prior to, and/or during transport due to weather, road conditions, mechanical problems, etcThere are absolutely no guarantees regarding pickup or delivery times and datesSGT Auto Transport / Carrier shall not be held responsible for loss or damages occasioned by delays of any kind or for any reason, car rental fees or any accommodation feesSGT Auto Transport / Carrier shall not be held liable for failure of mechanical or operating parts of your vehicle.3) The Customer shall, in their absence, designate a person to act as their agent at the point of pick up and/or delivery, if for any reason they are unavailable. Customer needs to follow up with the carrier to resolve her issue regarding deliveryThey also have expressed their concern with the customers language and inability to communicate effectively, resulting in a delay in shipping

I want my car and at this point I want a full refundI am left in a new strange city alone, with no car, no way to go shopping for food or supplies for my empty apartment, I returned my rental car because the "driver" said he would be here between 12-1am and he didn't showI called the number on my pick up slip and the guy seemed shocked that it hadn't arrived yet, said he would call me back, shocker he didn't, when I called back he said it would be there at 12pm, but I have confidence it will be here and I'm sure thats a run around as well. If the car is not here at 12pm, the car is being reported as stolen and my lawyer will be getting involved, do the right thing and get my car to me.

Hi K***, So a couple of thingsThe phone number I was given for driver #was actually the dispatch number all alongI was told this was the driver from S*** not the dispatcher I did not notice until I saved the contact from my call log as dispatcher and then went to save the text conversation as driver #for clarification purposes in documenting. I called the dispatch number (again same number I was given for the driver #1) and he seemed very surprised I didn't have my car but again I think it was lip serviceHe never called back I called an hour later he said noonat 11:I text driver #R*** ad asked for an ETA he said "exactlyI can not say about or Ill tell you" then an additional text, " maybe earlier." At 1:53pm I asked for an update, which is reasonable, I have nothing in my apartment to ask me to sit around all day waiting with nothing is unrealistic, even if I did have everything they have done this since I moved in on SaturdaySaid its coming then just not showOk so 1:I asked for an update the response came at 2:38pm "don't rush me" The driver nor the dispatcher have responded since2:38pm when he said or maybe earlier I'll tell youNOTHING I left VM with dispatch and text the driver backThis is crazy how much more of this do I have to deal with before someone steps in and says this isn't right

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.1. I am not complaining at all about having to go to an alternate location, I was ok with meeting at the grade school, my issue is I was verbally told 3x, once by B[redacted] the fired employee, once by S[redacted] after talking to him about the date change and including when I called S[redacted] after the driver wanted me to meet in a location that was 1, unsafe for a young female to be alone and stranded for any amount of time and 2, another location that was not close by to me at all, I was told that via satellite map they saw no problem with where I lived being an issue to drive to. Because of this I did not make arrangements to have a friend be able to pick me up. Asking someone an hour in advance on a work day to meet at an alternate location that isn't walkable home was not possible, I should have been notified well prior to an hour before that I would need to make an arrangement. As an unmarried person with no family in the area, finding someone to help with this is not exactly easy. 2. My original pick up date was 5/2, it should not have been changed, period. I agreed because I was assured it would be there by the 12th and I was very explicit in stating it could arrive as early as it needed to but it needed to be there by the 12th. Both B[redacted], the fired employee and S[redacted] assured me it would be. 3. This was a non-issue the leasing agent would have accepted the vehicle and allowed it to be parked early. They would not have signed the paperwork but I understood that meant I would have to wave my right to file a claim if my car was damaged. I am not sure why any of these points are being brought up, my issue is not the above it is the absolutely intolerable NON COMMUNICATION this company had with me. IF there was something wrong with delivery, breakdown etc, that should have immediately been conveyed to me so arrangements could be made. When I asked for a supervisor I should NOT have been ignored and guilted "don't get me fired," "I have 4 kids." As a consumer I have every right to ask to speak with a supervisor and actually speak with one. This is a business transaction, in which professionalism and communication should be of the upmost importance, services that were not received by this company. For all intensive purposes my car has been missing for 3 days because S[redacted] did not return any calls or emails I made, and the driver would not answer a question or give me any details I was asking. Please see the attached invoice of the TOTAL I paid for this auto transport. I used Uship a 3rd party to find SGT Auto and as B[redacted] so explained to me they charge fees as well so some money goes to them. The total I paid for this shipment wa $1,073.52 of which $804 was paid to SGT Auto. There was no communication from S[redacted] after the pick up of my vehicle, except 1 email that vaguely matches this Revdex.com response. I will happily also provide the Revdex.com screenshots of my call logs with incoming and outgoing calls to SGT Auto - S[redacted] to show not one call was returned after pick up 5/7. I would also be willing to give Revdex.com access to my email accounts so that they could see for themselves the emails that went unanswered by S[redacted], even though I did include the screenshots previously. Again this Revdex.com complaint is for my car being missing for 72 hours after it's "no later then delivery date" which was SGT's verbiage to me regarding this transport. with no definitive communication of its delivery.
[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, Please let us know below why you are rejecting the offer made by the business.]

You need to contact the carrier, they have your vehicle. You know their phone number, as the driver states you call him quite frequently.
