Review: I purchased a lean vehicle from SGM Auto service LLC from [redacted] he promised it would pass smog I have failed the test twice and bring the vehicle back to him numerous times he would not fix the vehicle he also wrote me a bill of sale for an extreme less amount than I actually paid for the vehicle and refused to give me a receipt for the price I actually paid for the vehicle .I continuously go to his shop to get this resolved he refuses to talk to me or miraculously has to leave to tend other matters I am moving out of state and I need to get the title to the vehicle so that I can register it or I need a refund I have put a significant amount of repair money into this vehicle and it will not pass smog from my understanding buying a vehicle from a dealer in CA it is required to come with a current SMOG Please help me resolve this issue thank youDesired Settlement: At this point of numerously trying to resolve this issue and not being able to drive the vehicle and not passing smog , and his lack of responsibility I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs and current repairs so that the car will pass smog or a Refund
