I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I reject the response from SG Printing for the following reason
1. SG Printing delivered to me 50,menu flyersthey did not machine seal them. The Post Office did not accept them for mailing because they are not sealed (closed). It will cost me a tremendous amount of money to seal them one by one2. I did pay $the reason there is a discrepency with their records is because of the sloppy unprofessional and misleading receipt they gave me ( see attached) I put a deposit of $in cash and then made cash payments of $300, 200, 150, 150, 150(these amounts are underlined on receipt) I also gave them a check for so that in cash plus buy check wich totals $The mailing labels are not the issue post office wants menu flyers to be sealed(closed ) and they are not, so I can not use them4. Please examine receipt they gave me is this what a clears and legal receipt should look like?
5. I have tried to resolve this by phone and all they do is scream at meSincerely,

[redacted] has been doing business since August 2010. How can we be over charge if Revdex.com letter is issued this year. If we were over charge, [redacted] would not continue to do business with us.2. Mailing out at the post office can be busy at times. As a mailer, waiting for 3 hours is normal, we have been there all day waiting to finish our own mail at times. The problem they are having is that they order a cheaper service, which is “labels”. These mailing addresses are applied by themselves. By doing that they have to seal the top of the folded menu on their own.3. The claim is enlarged. They have spent $1250.00 for fly menu and $750.00 for mailing labels totaling $2000.00. Not $2400.00As for our records, [redacted] has been doing mailing for many years also. They should know how to prepare the mailing if they are using labels. Menus must be seal by [redacted] and label the correct way with our mailing list. It is not the first time they have order this services from us. Review: Hi, This is [redacted]. I'm [redacted] of [redacted] in [redacted]. I order flyer menu from SG Printing INC. They over charge price, also when I try to send the menu out in postal office. I stay there 3 hours and the people work there told me the menu is not good need to send back to seal the top. I call many time the SG Printing INC try to tell them to seal the top, they just keep told me that I make the mistake I need to fixed the Problem. I was wonder if I was the professional do I need SG printing INC to do this job for me. I spend $2400 for this flyer menu do I need to send trash? Please HELP me. This is NOT FAIR FOR ME,and other people order from them. Though only me complaint I represent more people to write this complaint. I was so mad and hate my self why did I pick SG Printing INC as my flyer menu maker. I think a lot about it make me feel crazy. Finally I think USA has law protecting customer from this junk company. This protecting customer people is you. I don't know if you understand my anger is cheat by SG Printing INC. THEY SHOULD GET PUNISHMENT BY YOU. This SG Printing INC should not be exist. No responsible at all and even care about Customer.Desired Settlement: FULLREFUND
