Did not receive quality product and there was also missing product. Attempts to contact company were not responded to. Graduation photos were ordered and:- the order received was incomplete and we have still not received the missing items- the photos received were out of focus and not able to be framed because the pictures were so close to the edges that the head and hands on edges would be cut off by a frameReceived a reply to complaint about photos and were promised reprints. We have not heard from the company, have not received any reprints, and further attempts to contact the company have been ignored. Desired SettlementWe would like to receive reprints that are in focus and farmable. We would also like tot perceive the missing items that were paid for.

Complaint[redacted] did the cap and gown photos for our graduating class this year. Several people have paid and not received their photos, some photos have their heads cut off, and some people haven't even seen their photos. She completely stopped answering our calls, emails and text messages in May, so we don't know if we will ever get our photos or have the cut off ones reprinted. She repeatedly promised to contact people and to complete their orders, but never has, and complete the framed composite photo by the given deadlines, which have long since past. After a month of asking/begging the school finally got the required DVD with the photos needed for the yearbook and newspaper, but we had to arrange several extensions or the class would not even have been included in the yearbook. She has not done the composite photo of all the grads that hangs on the wall with all the other graduating classes, so this class of students will not be represented on our legacy wall, even though they paid.Desired SettlementPeople need to have their orders completed, delivered, and corrected if necessary. The framed composite photo must be completed and delivered to the school immediately.Business Response Hello. This is the owner. I have been away on holidays and just got the letters. So I apologize about that. This whole grad situation has been incredibly frustrating for me. I have contacted and been in contact with parents since grad. I have proof. I have a dressed issues and have done reorders for parents. The school did not have to beg for the cd. I made it for them when asked as they never gave me a deadline to begin with. When I gave them the cd they needed a few changes which I did and gave it to them the very next day. The composite for the wall has been done and ordered. And no they didn't pay for it even though [redacted] says it is. As it was complimentary for the school. I had different answers from the grad committee and school. Both telling me different things and who to listen to. I have and am still doing orders for grad parents and am fulfilling all orders and promises. Thanks.
