Review: I SCHEDULED A TOWNCAR ON 12-**-13 AT 5PM FOR A PICK UP ON 12-**-13 AT 8PM. I WAS TOLD I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR A MINIMUM OF 6 HOURS WHICH WOULD TOTAL 488.00. THE TRIP WAS 8PM FROM [redacted] TO [redacted] AND BACK AT 1AM. THE WOMAN MAKING THE RESERVATION WAS VERY NICE AND POLITE, NOTHING WAS MENTIONED REF. CANCELLATION TIMES OR FEES? UNFORTUNATELY OUR YOUNG SON WHO HAD BEEN ILL (THE REASON FOR LAST MINUTE RESERVATION) GOT WORSE AND WE WERE FORCED TO MISS THE CONCERT. I CONTACTED S AND G AT 4PM 12-**-13 AND ADVISED THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE OF THE SITUATION. HE WAS POLITE AND UNDERSTANDING, HE CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION AND SHOWED CONCERN FOR MY SON. I WAS SO MOVED BY HIS CONCERN I MENTIONED TO HIM THAT AS WE FREQUENT THE [redacted] AND [redacted] WE WOULD BE SURE TO USE S AND G ON OUR NEXT TRIP. HE CONTACTED ME A SHORT TIME LATER SAYING HIS BOSS HAD TOLD HIM I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR A CHARGE FOR CANCELLING LESS THAT 24 HOURS BEFORE PICKUP? I EXPLAINED THAT I MADE THE RESERVATION ALMOST JUST 24 HOURS BEFORE BUT I UNDERSTOOD A CHARGE WAS POSSIBLE. HE ADVISED ME THE CHARGE WOULD BE 488.00! NOT A CANCELLATION FEE BUT THE ENTIRE BILL FOR THE TRIP! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE TO ME. A SERVICE THAT ADVERTISES PROFESSIONAL AND RESPECTFUL SERVICE CHARGES THE ENTIRE AMOUNT? I ASKED THE GENTLEMAN ON THE PHONE TO PLEASE HAVE HIS [redacted] CONTACT ME AT HIS EARLIEST CONVENIENCE. I ALSO WENT ON THE WEBSITE AND WROTE AN EMAIL WITH MY CONTACT INFORMATION, BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING. AS I PAID WITH A VISA DEBIT CARD I HAVE NO RECOURSE THREW THE BANK. MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN CHARGED 467.00 BY S AND G FOR NO SERVICES PROVIDED. ANOTHER ODD THING HAPPENED ON 12-**-13, AT 750PM I RECEIVED A VOICEMAIL FROM A DRIVER SAYING HE WAS RUNNING ALITTLE LATE? SO I GUESS I AM SUPPOSSED TO BELIEVE A "PROFESSIONAL" LIMO SERVICE WHOSE OFFICE AND THERE [redacted] WAS OBVIOUSLY AWARE OF MY CANCELLATION AT 530PM WHEN IT CAME TO THE CHARGES FORGOT TO TELL THERE DRIVER THAT THE TRIP WAS CANCELLED?? UNBELIEVABLEDesired Settlement: I WOULD HAVE NO PROBLEM PAYING A CANCELLATION FEE... 100.? BUT BEING REQUIRED TO PAY THE ENTIRE AMOUNT FOR NOTHING IS UNPROFESSIONAL, BAD BUSINESS! IF THATS THERE POLICY WHY WASNT I TOLD WHEN MY RESERVATION WAS MADE? WHY WASNT I CONTACTED AFTERWARD AS REQUESTED.

Review: I ordered a white limousine for my wedding on September **, 2013. The limo I received was black, old amd dirty. There were bottle caps in the back seat and the interior was covered in dirt and dust. The groom and grooms men asked the driver to turn on the air conditioner and he told us that there was no air conditioning in the vehicle. The tinting on the window was pealing off. There was a horrible banging coming from underneath the vehicle.While in the car and on the way to my wedding, I called S&G and expressed how unhappy I was.m I told "[redacted]" who answered the phone about the condition of the vehicle. He said that he had written down a white car but didnt know w hat happened and that his boss told him not to speak to me, he then hung up on me. Moments later, the driver received a phone call. He was heard saying, "you have their credit card information, just charge them". After the call, he passed me a clip board and said that I must sign the approval for the vehicle charges. I told him that I refused. He immediately pulled over to the side of the highway and told me to get out. In my wedding dress, with 2 children, on my wedding day, I was thrown out 8 miles from my wedding venue. Moments later, I received an email notifying me that S&G had charged my credit card $386.34. They have refused my calls since then.Desired Settlement: We were stranded on the side of the road in Long Island. We were unable to take photos before our wedding at the venue and we cant recoup that opportunity or the money from the photographer. Because of the time of our ceremony, pictures prior to the ceremony were crucial, because afterward, it was dark outside.We, at minimum, deserve an apology.
