Our records indicate that *** *** has been a member with us since 12/15/and we do not have any record of her canceling nor any correspondence with out Customer Service Department
Please see the attached details of her accountWe have cancelled her membership as this is the first of us hearing that she no longer wants the productWe also, have no received any of the product back for a refund
All orders since 12/15/has been successfully delivered to the recipient as also shown in the attachments below

In response to my complaint, Product for Life stated, "We have cancelled her membership as this is the first of us hearing that she no longer wants the product"I have a May 9, transaction on my VISA for this product and I have not received any product (and no longer wish to)From my perspective, this demonstrates how this company continues to make unauthorized transactions

Marketing. As stated by our call agents that the order is sent to our processing center and than the shipment has to be prepared. This process takes 2 to 3 business days after the order is placed. Once the preparation is done we then send out the package to the address provided by shipping it USPS. The shipment can take up to 4-5 business days as it is shipped USPS. This was ordered on 8/23/16 [redacted] then called our Customer Service on 8/30/16 repeatedly stating she had not received her package yet:

Our Customer Service Department explained that the product would be sent out shortly as it does take time to reach her and would not be there quite yet as it had only been 5 Business days. We refunded [redacted] on 8/30/16 as she did not seem like a customer our company would like to do services with :

the rorder number for the shipment in contest was FA762959 DATED 1/19/2017 WHEN I TALKED TO THE AGENT I SPECIFIED I WAS REORDEING THE 3 MONTH SUPPLYOF THE PILLS...THE SHIPPING DOCUMEN SHOWS THE ORDER WAS PLACED FOR ONLY 1 MONTH BUT THE BILLING AMOUNT WAS FOR 134.95 WHICH WAS FOR THE 3 MONTH SUPPLY....I WANT THE OTHER 2 MONTH SUPPLY OF THE PILLS THAT I ORDERED!!!!
