I am complaining about a company called dish mall kitThe company also goes by

I purchased the dash kit from this company back in AprilWhen it arrived about three weeks later it was completely different from what I ordered I ordered a dash kit for a Tucson .They sent me one for an older modelI tried numerous times to contact them through email but no responseI still have the kit here waiting to be sent back
I contacted *** ***, my credit card company, they are disputing the case

Review: I purchased a dash kit for my 2012 Nissan Frontier, it was the wrong kit and did not fit correctly. Although on their website under "Contact Us" they show a man in front of a computer with a phone headset on, their customer contact is only available through email, there is no phone number on their website. I emailed them explaining the situation and after going back and forth for several weeks whereas they were to send a template to make the corrective cuts to my existing kit, I decided this was taking way too long and I never received the template! I then asked to return it for a full refund and they agreed, sent me the RE number, I paid $12.99 to return through USPS and gave them the tracking number in a separate email. Several weeks and emails later they first said they never received the tracking number, which I copy and pasted the original email with that number in it and have never heard from them again!

I've even told them I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com and on [redacted] yet no correspondence!

Review: I ordered a product from their website on 3/**/14. After the payment was received I got a message that stated the kit would be shipped within 3-4 days. It is now 3/**/14 and there has been nothing in the mail. I have emailed the company a total of 3 times and have still not received word back from the company which says you will receive a message from a customer service provider within 24 hours. A website should not be aloud to feed me false information if it will not be held to its word. I would like to know what kind of operation is going on there because I have seen other reports on the Revdex.com complaints with the same problems I am having and I hope for it to be resolved either by sending me my package soon with compensation, or a full refund including my shipping without the restocking fee.Desired Settlement: The delivery of my package with compensation.

Review: I ordered a dash board kit on ** Jan 2014 , and they put my account in a pending status $150.00 (because I am having it shipped to my son address in Ark.) I then realized they have no contact phone number only email address. I gave them the information they required of me via. email , I have sent over 7 emails and no one has not responded to any of my emails and they have my money. I really want a refund for inconvenience inconvenience inconvenience but it a 20 percent restocking fee. There picture shows numerous people on phones to respond to customers, but there is no phone number, this is false advertising. Help please.Desired Settlement: give me information on my product with a phone number or give me a full refund.

Review: I ordered stickers that I was going to apply to the exterior of my car. It was suppose to come with a special cleanser and adhesive. The package did not come with them. I emailed them and they said they'd send it out soon. I waited weeks and nothing came. I emailed them again and they guessed that the post office lost it. They said they would send it out again. I told them if I didn't get it soon that I would want my money back, including shipping. I waited for the package and it never came. I emailed them again and they said they could not be blamed for the post office losing my package again. I do not believe them. All this spread over 2 months! I made it clear to them in an email that I wanted to return the stickers and that I expected to be refunded the amount paid for the stickers and for the shipping plus the return shipping I had to pay. They told me to return it. I returned them and they refunded me only the amount of the stickers. They know what I expected and led me to believe that I would get a full refund, but didn't tell me that they weren't planning on refunding me the shipping until after they received their merchandise. Deceitful. My argument is that I was extremely patient with them. I gave them 3 chances to send me the correct merchandise. All 3 times they failed in delivering me the merchandise I ordered and paid for. I could not apply the stickers without their cleanser and adhesive. Because of their fault, I could not keep the merchandise. I do not think I should have to pay for the shipping costs to and from. Please see if you can get me my deserved refund of shipping costs. Their business has terrible customer service and I regret ever ordering from them.Desired Settlement: I want $16.70 credited to my credit card. That is shipping both ways that I paid. A written apology would be great too.

Review: On November [redacted] 2015 I ordered a wood dash kit for my vehicle. The kit arrived and was missing the center radio piece (piece was #19 of the CVL-17A kit) and a console piece had an unnecessary hole in it (#18). On December *, I wrote the company and informed them of the issue. On December *, they wrote me back and asked which radio piece was missing since there were two different pieces. I wrote back that same day and told them which one I needed. I have since written on January [redacted] and February **, 2016, asking about the parts. The company will not respond to my emails. I attempted to leave a message on their phone answering machine and on their [redacted] page to no avail. I am not seeking any compensation, I would just like the missing part I paid for and if possible a new part #18 without a hole in it to be sent to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the radio piece that I did not receive in the original kit,#19 of the CVL-17A kit and a new piece #18 without a hole in it.

Review: I ordered a dash kit for my 1992 JDM Mitsubishi Pajero RHD on February **, 2014. They didn't have one of the pieces I wanted that went around the temp controls, so I emailed them a pic and they mailed me a template to try. It didn't quite fit so I emailed them a pic clearly showing the needed adjustments. They emailed me back telling me to mail it back to them so his designer could get it just right. So I mailed it again. This mailing back and forth happened one more time, thus being about 3 months of mailing. So finally it fit and he said he would make it and send it out ASAP! So I waited about 2 weeks and the dash kit never arrived. I emailed them asking where it was? The next day they emailed me back saying it was returned back to them and it was shattered! Thus they would make a new dash kit and send it to me ASAP and email me a tracking number! I waited about a week and never received a tracking number. Tried emailing 3 different email addresses with no response, tried calling them and left messages! No response! Left a message on their [redacted] page, no reply!! Since May ** 2014 I have sent 35 email messages and no reply! Tried calling a few times and left messages, no reply! I tried getting my money back through [redacted] but it was to late. Past the 45 days. I did email them from my wives email, pretending I was her with a [redacted] wanting a dash kit and he replied, but he then figured out it was me and heard nothing after that!! I have receipts and order # ect.Desired Settlement: I would really like my dash kit or a full refund.

Review: On September *, 2013, ordered a 2000-2005 Dash Trim Kit for my 2004 Ford Taurus SE Wagon. Finish was Light Burl Wood Premium(PLBW) in the amount of $113.94. Adding 3 lbs. ground shipping of $11.74. with a coupon discount of -$22.79, making it $102.89 that was debited from my account. They sent me a cardboard template and instructions for making sure the fit was correct. I sent it to them with corrections, and they sent it back for one more fit. I e-mailed them it was fine, which was September [redacted]. They said they would make it and allow 3-4 business days to receive it. They have no phone number listed, and I had e-mailed them four times without any response. It is now November *, 2013 and I have not received item nor any response. The order number is#[redacted].Desired Settlement: I want them to deliver my order and refund the shipping charges for my inconvenience, or I want my money refunded.

Review: I ordered car accessories from them and when I received the items they were not what I thought I ordered so I sent several emails asking them how to return items and finally after a week of emails they emailed me back and gave me a return number so I could ship them back. They did email me back after I asked if they received the items back and they said they did receive them and that my refund was being sent to the billing department and I would receive my money back in 1-2 days. That was almost 3 weeks ago. Now they will not respond to my emails. I am very upset with this company and I need my money back especially since they have their product back. Please help!Desired Settlement: I want my money back. The full amount I paid and the $6.00 I paid to reship items back. They said they would deduct a 20% restocking fee but I want every cent I paid back.
