I was solicited for a Will product & paid with credit card. A third-party vendor in another State downloaded for acceptance. I found it to be a 'Generic' Will and not pertaining to me; it was the volume of a book. I objected and canceled and had problems getting a refund. After the refund, I was invited to a Barbeque Shredding Party with live music & made my reservation. Approximately two days before the event, I was phoned & voice mail message from [redacted] stated she would come over to my home to pick up items for shredding @ 2 pm (Fri) & stated I would not have to attend the event. As I read 'between the verbal message "lines," I discerned they did not want me at their BBQ Party, and [redacted] never showed at my home, either. I certainly did not want to 'crash' the party, even though I had been invited. I have a copy of the recording.

I want to now file a complaint because of the Party Invitation & the Company's Bad Will and their inability to provide a Will specific to me.

Please include my original complaint and this addendum to reflect what Revdex.com gives to inquirers: I canceled my Trust/Will with SF Financial Services as [redacted] referred her offer of a Trust/Will to Jim Burch, a Third Party, known as "Talk Legal Documents," & I was not interested in a Generic large 'book' which did not pertain to me.

I was sent an Invitation to a 'Shredding Party,' complete with a BBQ Lunch & Band/Live Music April 26, 2014. I called & accepted the Invitation; however, on Thursday, April 24, I received Voicemail from [redacted], advising they didn't want to have me carrying boxes as they would be full with parked cars & offered to pick up from my home. Further, [redacted] said this would 'clear up my Saturday to do something more Fun.' (I have the full recording from [redacted]!)

I naturally felt this was a withdrawal of their Invitation!

This is very bad business.
