I am rejecting this response because:
Because this is not the correct amount of money we gave to this business. I have informed our financial advisor of all the written checks to them totalling at least 18 k and will take pictures of the rotten new materials...

left here which we paid  5 k for the new materials and they bought the materials and set it up basically. Yes we have asked them to do a little outside work but that doesnt prevent from us wanting to complete the pole barn. We already gave them at least 15 thousand dollars and more in written checks. What did they do with THAT money??   My board, staff, volunteers  and I agreed to go viral to news and radio and newspaper t and the St Clair community to build the barn asking many volutneers to help due to the safety of the rabbits. They also tore down our old garage leaving us stuck with the shed house the rabbits are staying in and it seems obvousis they are after money and not the welfare of the rabbits or our therapy and service pets and our clients with special needs.  We disagree with the owner of the business and that was not the  person we worked with that wrote the letter and we dont even know that pesron.  We want the money back and agree that we can find someone else but we dont plan that since we LOST the funds given to them and they took everything. one of the board members plans to send letters to [redacted] the tv show host  and explain about our situation and the rabbits are in HUGE need of a new home and waited .  It is not fair that the business left it unattended.  We are people with special needs and most of us are deaf and vision impaired and senior citizens. we have contacted the Association advocacy of disabilities as well.   So it is up to the business to decide to refund the money back to us or not  and we will not bother them again if they refund the money. We also contacted Habitat for Humanity to help get materials and volutneers to build the barn. It is entirely up to the business to decide the outcome of all of this. We dont intend to sue them at all since it is a time consuming and lack of funds but fully focus on the welfare of the rabbits and their new home. It is with reason that they should refund the money back to our organization. Please contact me for specific details regarding the documents and the pictures we have taken. Thank you
