I hired Mike S to complete various handyman/electrical work for my new vacation rental on Misty Oak Circle in Solterra resort Davenport Florida.
He confirmed he was a licensed and competent electrician, which I now doubt his skills and experience.
Several of my requirements took longer to complete than expected and I have an issue with lighting and switches he installed in my games room in my garage. Also the outlet extension cord he installed behind my TV was a botched job and not too code! This could have caused an electrical issue or fire in my home.
I have contacted him on several occasions to remedy the issue both by email and phone.
He is now ignoring my requests and not answering my voice messages.
I have paid all of his invoices in a timely manner and have also requested that if he is unable to complete this issue, he needs to contact a professional electrician and pay for their service.
I have given him one more chance on Thursday to contact me and warned I would raise a complaint with Revdex.com but have heard nothing!
I am extremely disappointed with his workmanship, customer service and competency in electrical work. I have paid for the service and expect things to work and be installed properly.
He also removed LED strip lighting which I had bought for him to install in my cabinet, which is missing and not installed.
