Review: I recently bought a 10 class kickboxing package from Urban Martial Arts, [redacted], ###-###-####. When I attended 2 classes they stated asking to sign up for one of their other membership packages. When I declined is when they started to make me feel uncomfortable. I called them for 3 weeks and was told they would call me back to set up an appointment to take my remaining 8 classes and they never did. I then called and ask to speak to the manager named [redacted]. When the she came to the phone I explained to her that I had been trying for 3 weeks to make an appointment for additional kick boxing classes, she then hung up the phone on me. I immediately phoned back and the lady on the phone told me she was not available. Their customer service was below standard and out right rude. I just wanted to get to use my additonal 8 classes that I paid for. Thanking you in advance[redacted]Desired Settlement: I paid $50 for the 10 classes, not sure if I took 2 or 3 classes. Please prorate and send refund.
