Review: I purchased a mannequin from Sewmark Sewing machine. Once I took it home, I immediately it was not suitable for use. There were too many damages. I immediately returned the mannequin within the five business days required for return or exchange. A salesperson in the store, took the mannequin out of my car and signed the back of the receipt that it had been returned - within the five business days.I have since called every few weeks for the next 90 days to find out when they would be getting in a comparable Wolff Mannequin. The vendor became verbally abusive and said'we are not getting them in anymore' and then they hung up the phone.They now claim that they don't recognize the handwriting on the back of the returned receipt.The total amount of this claim is $326.62.I no longer wish to work with this company and respectfully request you help me in getting a full refund. Please help, this has gone on far too long. This is not professional or ethical of this company. [redacted] had been disputing her fraudulent claim since May **, 2013. She has never returned mannequin and conveniently forgot to mention, that she had disputed same charge for three times with American Express, up until fraud department of Amex would not let her open another case (regarding this matter) any more. Every single one of her disputes was ruled out in our favor. On the third one she claimed she had purchased a sewing machine instead of mannequin.

When we asked for the proof of purchase - case was closed again.

Please do not support fraud. What's right is right. We are trusted merchant with American Express and a first line of defense against fraud. Please see attached all correspondence regarding this matter.
