After returning home with the sewing machine I noticed when sewing the stitching was not sewing correctly as to the top side of the fabric looked correct in a simple standard straight stitch pattern but the underside fabric which is the bobbin thread was disfigured and not connecting to interlock with the same stitch on the top side of fabric stitch patternI tried adjusting the tension and would create a correct and complete straight stitch and then go back to a disfigured stitchAlso while working with the machine I noticed that the underneath compartment where the bobbin is located was still dirty from material shredding that collects over time which makes me wonder was the machine ever adjusted and tuned as I was made to believe and paid for? Was the machine properly oiled with the tune up? With all the frustration and now poor performance I feel even more confident that I was taken advantage of and dis serviced
As I told the customer there would be a $dollar charge to replace the take up spring on her sewing machineShe formed me that I had said that the cost was only and she was not happy with the new costI believe I told her that I could a just the spring by taking the upper tension apart and screwing it back togetherThe check spring was what was the problem with the tension I must not made my self clear and as for the times of the store all I can say is I'm sorry about thatAs from what she has written she believes I have not done any work on her machineAs I do warranty all work for a year I would be more then happy to redo the machine or refund her money which ever she would like Sincerely, [redacted] Blenkinsop Sewing Machine Repair [redacted] West Allis, WI

After returning home with the sewing machine I noticed when sewing the stitching was not sewing correctly as to the top side of the fabric looked correct in a simple standard straight stitch...
pattern but the underside fabric which is the bobbin thread was disfigured and not connecting to interlock with the same stitch on the top side of fabric stitch pattern. I tried adjusting the tension and would create a correct and complete straight stitch and then go back to a disfigured stitch. Also while working with the machine I noticed that the underneath compartment where the bobbin is located was still dirty from material shredding that collects over time which makes me wonder was the machine ever adjusted and tuned as I was made to believe and paid for? Was the machine properly oiled with the tune up? With all the frustration and now poor performance I feel even more confident that I was taken advantage of and dis serviced.
As I told the customer there would be a $10 dollar charge to replace the take up spring on her sewing machine. She formed me that I had said that the cost was only 44.99 and
she was not happy with the new cost. I believe I told her that I could a just the spring by taking the upper tension apart and screwing it back together. The check spring was what
was the problem with the tension I must not made my self clear and as for the times of the store all I can say is I'm sorry about that. As from what she has written she believes I
have not done any work on her machine. As I do warranty all work for a year I would be more then happy to redo the machine or refund her money which ever she would like.
Sincerely,
