$245 electrical repairs. And we have not yet completed the irrigation lines damage so we don't have an amount yet.
I got an email from the company 2 days ago and I informed him that we are planning to do the irrigation repairs ourselves.
The following is the email I sent him and to date have not received a reply:

Anyway, with regard to the irrigation repairs. We have decided to dig up the yard on our own and reconnect the lines properly.
Our intention was never to have you come out of pocket as we know you gave us a great deal on the work and materials.
If you'll agree we'd like to stick to our original deal and in return for the cost of $245 to reconnect the electric lines you'll assess and pump out the casita septic tank at your earliest convenience.
Also, there will be no hard feelings. I respect you and the work you've done here and as I said before I'd be happy to promote you and your company on Yelp, etc. You're a good guy.

The contractor is just finishing pumping the septic so my complaint is withdrawn.
