The customer did indeed give me the $deposit but failed to mention the stone produce they picked out was made to order therefore non cancelable an non returnable. At the time they requested material be delivered to their home I was working and staying on the western slope working
on a project. By the time I returned all they wanted was a refund and no longer wanted the material they had requested. At this point the contractor is willing to settle and just pay the $plus eat the material but the refund will be paid some time in the next to days
