I've used Sew What? mobile sewing machine service twice now I find the owner to be very knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, thorough, and excellent value I bought a used machine and called Sew What? to have it checked out At the same time, I figured I'd have my other two machines serviced, since they hadn't been serviced in quite a while I appreciate having a service technician come to my house instead of me lugging all three machines to a service center and leaving them there for several days-weeks The owner checked, cleaned, adjusted and lubricated all three machines within hours or so, and the price was very reasonable Recently I called Sew What? to check out and service a new/used machine I had purchased He came out the following day, and although the news was not what I wanted to hear, I was pleased that he was able to at least get the machine working to do basic sewing, and then recommended good used machines for me to look for, where to look, and what features would suit my needs best Again, the price was very reasonable This guy is friendly, interesting, clearly very knowledgeable, and I would not hesitate to call again for my next sewing machine service/repair

I appreciate having a service technician come to my house instead of me lugging all three machines to a service center and leaving them there for several days-2 weeks. The owner checked, cleaned, adjusted and lubricated all three machines within 3 hours or so, and the price was very reasonable.
