This customer received exactly what her Fiancé orderedThe quality of the stitching was not the issue, it was as I understand it she didn't like the "design"
Since Ms*** did not placed the order, I have no way of knowing if she would like it or not, since she did not place the order
I offered to stitch the design she wants, if she removed the stitches without chargeI did not hear from her nor did she come in for a "redo" based on here requirements
So far she has made unfounded comments on Yelp and now to Revdex.comI have responded to Ms*** publicly on Yelp and by private e-mail to her
