The customer was mistakenly sent an extra pair of shoes that they did not order and were not charged for.  This was a mistake on the part of our warehouse when shipping the customer's order.  Our warehouse has been in the process of being relocated to a new location which has been the...

cause of the delay in providing the customer with the return authorization number and return shipping label for our mistake in shipping the extra item to the customer.  We have since emailed the customer the required return authorization number as well as a return shipping label to ship the mis-shipped shoes back to our warehouse.  As stated earlier, the customer was not charged at any point for this extra pair of shoes that was sent out by mistake and has only been charged for the item they ordered.  We are very sorry for the delay in getting the return information to you as well as the poor shopping experience you have received.  Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to further assist you with resolving any issues with your order.  You can contact us directly at [redacted] or email us at [redacted]
