Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The managers response is not at all accurate [redacted] first got in my [redacted] s face and called him an [redacted] After then, yes, my [redacted] yelled at himMy [redacted] did not touch anyone like the owner and staff didIs that on video...please forward You are not talking to a serverI am a well respected professional in the community and haven’t worked at this restaurant in 10+ years No one tried to fight anyone except your server that got on my faceI motioned for [redacted] to come outside because I use to work with her and I wanted to speak with her about the situationShe use to be my manager I would love [redacted] ’s number to discuss with himI am appalled again by the lack of customer service I was hoping being ***’s manager you would be more reasonable but I guess you trained himPlease teach him to not provoke situations and politely answer questions when askedIf you chose not to refund I’m glad to take my reviews to Y [redacted] Regards, [redacted]
Below is the email that *** *** had sent me and also the response that I had sent her backThere were several issues that were not even close to correctWe definitely tried evert avenue to try and rectify the situationWhen *** was trying to fix the issues *** *** became
verbally abusive which we do have it all on video and let him no recourse but to ask them to please leave the buildingWe incurred a dollar loss and just to get to leave as not to disrupt the rest of our guests in our restaurantAlso when they did finally leave they proceeded to taunt some of the staff members with verbal abuse and were trying to get one of the female servers to come outside and fightIf you would like me to send the video I will and you will clearly see that they were completely irrational and extremely abusive to our staff which left us no other choice than to ask them to leavePlease give me a call at your convenience. As I don’t condone name calling, *** was extremely rude to me and yelled in my ***s face before he was called anythingAs a manager he should have deescaleted the situationHe did not take pride in any service and we were completely kind to him until he treated us with blatent disrespectI also don’t know when it became okay to put our hands on peopleTwo people grabbed my *** and he made no move toward anyone and one came toward me. My *** may have called him a name but that does not compare to anything your manager and staff didI guess *** doesn’t run the restaurant now which is disappointingI still expect our money back. We’d like our money back! *** M (review) Let me preface this with I use to love this restaurant and formerly served thereHowever our group of were treated very badly on Oaks nightThe server did not keep proper track of checksWe waited 1/hours just to get our bill to payThen they charged us $worth of alcohol that was not oursWhen we tried to question the manager “***, Dreary,?” He said “your party shouldn’t have been so difficult”We were not drunk and did not move seats so I’m not really sure why he was so rudeThen my *** went to question him and he started yelling my ***s faceMy *** was “hot” at that point and probably said some things he shouldn’tI mean we had just dropped $thereSome lady who said she was the owner and was obviously drunk grabbed my ***I proceeded to tell her to take her hands off my ***As I was encouraging my *** we needed to leave a server got in my face..mind you we were retreating to the doorI told her to not touch me as she was reaching for my armShe said you can’t take your drink outI said that is fine I’ll sit it down on my way out but don’t put your hands on meWOW!!!!’ DO NOT GO HEREI’ve NEVER been treated so poor at a restaurantTo top it all off they tacked on 20% we had to pay for this server whom didn’t deserve it.-- *** ***-- *** ***
