Seventy-Seven Signs Ltd.

I gave a deposit to have a sign made. They would not give me a full refund back.On 3rd October 2014, I asked them to make a sign for my business. [redacted] who is sales rep for 77 sings told me that if I paid a deposit that would make the process faster. I paid $1386.55 on 22 October 2014 though [redacted]. They kept delaying the process that forced me to cancel it. They did not inform me that they would not refund me full deposit. They only refunded me $387.39 on 14 November 2014. I believe that the amount of the deposit that they kept is unfair because they didn't do anything for me. About 10th November 2014, I told [redacted] that they are taking too long and since they haven't made the sign yet so that cancellation was made. Desired Settlement[redacted] I would like to have a full refund. Business Response On October 8, 2015 we supplied the initial quote. Upon design revisions we provided two further quotes; October 16 and October 29th. Each quote was emailed. The quote document stated in the 'terms and conditions': "All purchases are subject to Seventy-Seven Signs cancellation policy."In part, Seventy-Seven Signs cancellation policy requires full payment for all labour and materials consumed or special order materials ordered for the project. The refund issued to [redacted] is the unused portion of the deposit. Design labour is not refundable. The special order materials are none standard product that cannot be returned to our inventory.[redacted]
