I went to the Seventh Sense store in *** Wayne NJ to purchase 3 containers of CBD cream. They were out of stock, so the representative said she’d place an order online while I was there. I waited for a few weeks, and then it arrived. I tried the cream as soon as I received the package, and to my dismay, it didn’t do anything. I thought maybe that container was defective so I tried the other two and had the same outcome... nothing! I just went back to the store today to try to exchange the three containers and the representative, Raina, called her boss to complete the transaction, but her boss got on the phone with me and said they would not exchange my products. She told me I had to email you and you would sent me an envelope with paid postage, so I could return these 3 defective containers and have my Credit card refunded. I attached my order and emailed the company, and sent 3 customer service inquiries via the website regarding this situation, and haven’t heard back at all. The contact number for the company says they’ve gone digital only do you can’t speak to anyone! Please assist me with this process.

On 11/16/2019 I returned SS foaming face wash *** which I purchase on 11/6/2019 at the Seventh Sense location at *** Oak Brook, IL 60523. To the Orland Park location at ***, Orland Park, IL 60462. The associate took the product for the return and printed a return slip which she placed on the product and then placed in a drawer and gave me back my original receipt. I asked for a return receipt and was told it would not print a second receipt as my original receipt shows the product returned and my credit card would be credited for the $18.50 plus tax.
To date my credit card has not been credited. I did go back to the Orland Park location and spoke with the associate who did the return who acknowledged remembering doing the return and again stated my credit card would be credited and there was nothing further she could do.
On 12/9/2019 I emailed the parent company of Seventh Sense, *** about the issue with this returned product and my credit card not being credited. As of today's date they have not responded to me nor has my credit card been credited. To avoid being charged interest on my credit card I had to pay for a product which I no longer use or have.
