[redacted] contacted us originally December 29, 2014 saying
his bobble water bottle was cracked. At this time, he said he was unable to
return the bobble to [redacted], since he purchased it in July and no longer had
the receipt. He wasn’t able to send us pictures of the cracked bobble for
purchase...

verification. As a good will gesture, bobble sent a new 18.5 oz bobble
to him in Jan. 2015. (Our policy is a receipt or verification of product for
replacement or refund.)On February 27th, 2015, [redacted] called to say the bobble
we sent him wasn’t working and the bottle was stripped. We again requested pictures
to show how the bobble was stripped. On July 1st, [redacted] called
asking for a physical address to send the pictures. November 2nd,
[redacted] called asking for his replacement. He was told we were still waiting
for the pictures. At this point, we searched the shipping and mail area and
found his envelope just prior to Thanksgiving. On December 2nd, [redacted] was called to say we
would offer him a refund, as it truly appears the bobble bottle is not for him.
We are waiting for his return call.
