I am rejecting this response because: They have offered a replacement ring, but the one I originally ordered was supposed to be a gift for someoneI have no need for that ringThey said that they would have to file a claim with the USPS for the missing packageI thanked them for responding and told them that I would wait a bit more because I want a refund not a replacement

To whom it may concern,The ring was shipped Our company is not responsible for rings lost by the post office We have no way to confirm whether or not the ring was picked up by the buyer as the tracking information for the ring shows delivered.The buyer has been contacted and was
