Dear Revdex.com,I just wanted to inform you that I met with the owner of the Meineke that originally performed the work on my truck. ***, who is the owner, understood how his shop performed faulty work on my vehicle and reimbursed me the agreed amount to have my truck properly fixed. *** was very helpful and pleasant and understood my situation and in the end made it right for me. I consider this complaint closed. Thanks You for your Help. *** ***

I'm writing in responce to the complaint by Mr. [redacted]. I only found out that Mr. [redacted] had an issue with his vehicle when I was emailed by the Revdex.com, I never recieved any contact from Mr. [redacted], therefore, I did not have a chance to rectify the situation in any way. Had Mr. [redacted] called my...
facility and there was a problem with the original work done ( which was done last July!), the repair would had been done at no charge! When I read the complaint I contacted Mr. [redacted] and we spoke about the situation. I let him know that the work would have been completed for free and that I felt it really wasn't fair to me that I didn't at least get a call from him. I then mentioned to Mr [redacted] that if he brings his documentation from [redacted] and I agree with the description of the problem, I'd gladly refund his money. We did have what I thought was a nice conversation, I think he also understood where I was coming from as well. Mr. [redacted] stated that he thought the job was out of warranty, I told him that I back up my work, I would just need the chance. Mr. [redacted] had agreed to come by to recieve his refund, but I haven't seen him yet. I called his home after a few days, I spoke to his dad and he said that his son (Mr [redacted]) has been working, doing snow removal. When he comes in, I will refund his money. When he read his [redacted] paper work to me over the phone I agreed that it atleast made sense, I just need to see it. To anyone else reading this, please give a facility the chance to back their work up! I've been in business for fifteen years and have a very loyal customer base, that doesn't happen by accident. We stand by our work. Thanks for reading, [redacted]
