interviewed all of our staff members that you had contact with, and the manager at the crematorium This appears to be an issue with communication Our technician had described what was involved with private cremation and ashes return when he spoke with your wife, but you were expecting a more ornate urn than you received I can assure you that you did receive your cat's remains The crematorium we use is very reputable, and they go through multiple steps to ensure accuracy The price you paid was for the cremation service itself The basic urn is a carved box that comes with all private cremations We do use permanent marker on the labels to ensure accuracy as wellWe understand that this has been a very stressful time for you and we want you to feel that you got what you were expecting With this in mind, we would like to offer you a special urn for yhour cat at our expense If you would please contact us, we can arrange this for you, and if you prefer, transfer the remains to the new container for you
