Seven Hills Urology

Review: I suffer from chronic urinary tract infection due to a botched prostate cancer treatment. I must have an antibiotic called Cipro to keep it under control. The doctor and nurses say they sent the refill to [redacted] on Main St. in [redacted] several times via fax but they have not. Now they say the fax keeps coming back to them undeliverable. [redacted] says the problem is not with [redacted] but the urologist ([redacted]) and cronies not getting off their [redacted] and sending the refill. In the past they had no problem with this. Now the urologist and his nurses refuse to return calls and have completely ignored me. This has been going on for several days now with no response from Dr. [redacted]'s office. A urinary tract infection can only be curing with an antibiotic like Cipro. These are the most uncaring and incompetent "medical staff" in Virginia.Desired Settlement: Just send the prescription request to [redacted] on Main St. in [redacted] like you used to and no more lies, ignored requests for answers, and [redacted]!! This is a simple order. It is not a narcotic painkiller or anything like that. Just a powerful antibiotic for urinary tract infections.

Dr. [redacted] personally called the patient and explained to him he could not give out antibiotics without a culture to know there was an infection. He told Mr. [redacted] he would see him today (7/16/2015) at 1:30 to check a urine specimen and if the results were positive and Cipro was the right medication, he would then give him a prescription for it. Dr. [redacted] did see Mr. [redacted] and was able to provide necessary medical care.
