I purchased a "new" phone on June 4th from [redacted] ***I was told it was a new phone and that I qualified for a $rebate from LGFast forward months, my rebate was denied because I was sold a USED phone at a new phone costThe phone was originally sold to "an older person on April 8th and then bought back." When I called Diamond wireless to settle this dispute there was basically nothing they would do for me since it had been monthsI was lied to by none other than the branch manager who now refuses to correct this issueHe also refused to give me the phone number for his District ManagerNot only am I out a new phone that I paid for, I also do not get the rebate he told me I was eligible for

I signed up for a iPhone with no contract obligation( I pay for the phone)I wanted to give my year old, in perfect condition iPhone 5s to my husband and add an additional line. The sales person told me that would not be possible, that I needed to get a new phone for the additional lineHe would sell me a phone for a penny and the cost for the additional line would be $40.00.He asked me if I like to trade in my old phoneI agreed since I was told by him that this phone could not be used for my husbands line, therefore I had no use for it.( the trade amount was $46.00) Because he sold me a new phone he locked my husband's additional line in to a year contract. He obtained this year contract obligation by lying to me stating that my phone could not be used for an additional lineIf he had used my phone which I had asked him to do, I would not be locked into a contract with this companyI asked to get my old phone back, apparently it was already shipped outDiamond Wireless
