Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to
complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, it should be noted that they withdrew an additional $just this morningI'm guessing the company felt justified in taking one more payment from me before settling the disputeOr maybe the timing is just coincidence? Either way, I'll take what they're offering.
Regards,

I received your complaint filed with the Revdex.com of Wisconsin on November 29,2017, regarding Ishwaaswi, LLC dba Radiant Cash (“Company”), a Tribal consumer financial servicesprovider that is wholly owned, operated, licensed and regulated by the Lac du Flambeau Band of LakeSuperior
Chippewa Indians (“LDF”)Specifically, you assert that the company will be deducting $500from your account for your payment vs $weekly as stated in your loan agreementYou claim thisis a breach of contract. However, after researching its files regarding your account records, company records reflectthat your account is set up to deduct $weekly via ACH debit only per the original loan agreement. We apologize for any confusion in this matterRest assured the company will follow the payment planyou agreed to in the original loan agreement.I trust that you find this explanation and resolution to your complaint satisfactoryHowever, ifyou are not satisfied with the Company’s response on this matter, pursuant to Section of theOrdinance, you may pursue formal dispute resolution with the Authority at PO Box 25, Lac du Flambeau,WI

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Had the company done what they said that they were going to do, ie. waive the loan, this would be an acceptance response. However, I still am unable to review any loan info online. my account still reflects that the loan is in good standing. I'm not able to update my address, upon moving, view my balance or opt to pay for my loan in full. They have contacted me twice while at work and offered to set-up a pay in full date, but again, they call while I am at work & when I do call back it is after there working hours. I feel like I can only contact them via e-mail & hope that they respond. I can promise you that I will never take out another loan of this kind. Thank you so much for your assistance in this matter!

toward the balance of this loan. The terms & conditions of the $700 loan were disclosed on the loan document at the time of signing. The payment schedule was also disclosed to the customer at the same time. According to our records, the customer has made payments totaling $771.68 toward her $700 loan based on the terms and conditions within her signed consumer loan agreement. We also relied upon Ms. [redacted] representations in good faith at the time we extended her the loan. Still, as a courtesy, Radiant Cash has decided to waive the customer's remaining balance and deems this account closed. Ms. [redacted] has no remaining financial obligations to Radiant Cash.Sincerely,[redacted]Tribal Representative
