I would like to get the apartment at the deal in the email but I am afraid that I might face backlash or abuse or purposefully get a apartment that is in bad shape

Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and she stated that the vent in the consumer's bedroom has been fixed and they are in the process of moving the sign for the consumer.
Review: I have Multiple Sclerosis and I live in an apartment complex that does not supply handicap needs but the renter is responsible for their own needs. I understood this, however the apartment complex did provide me with a handicap parking sign in which works fine in allowing me a space to park. Now I have a ramp that has been built since July this year(2014). I asked the apartment maintenance and management to move the handicap sign over to the ramp, they refuse to do so. Saying the sign is in cement and it takes time to move. My bedroom window faces my parking space and I have not seen anyone come around to look at my vehicle or the sign in attempting to move the sign in front of my ramp.(The apartment maintenance workers I ask about having the sign moved they have not receive a work order to move the sign). I have a hard time walking from my vehicle to the rear of my apartment door in which I can fall and seriously hard myself, that is why I have a ramp now. Secondly, I asked for my bathroom vent to be fixed it does not blow air believe I know.I cannot be hot due to my MS. Their solution was to close other vents in the apartment this does not work. I have a very hard time in my bathroom I can not move effectively in the hot bathroom. They continue to ignore me, I pay my rent on time every month and expect service in which they refuse to do so. I have contacted the County of Henrico they say they cannot help me. Please help me.Desired Settlement: To fix apartment problems.

Review: Hello I was sent an email advertisement of getting one months free rent for a 2 bedroom apartment for 649. I came by asked to see the actual apartment I want to move in to was told I will get a call back on Monday. Never received a call back I called the office back was told that the advertisement was a mistake and that the rent went up to 659 and that they would take 200.00 off my first rent.Desired Settlement: I don't know if I would feel comfortable renting that apartment or if I would purposefully get a bad apartment with a lot of problems and have my car vandalized.
