I had an idle issue with my vehicle & took it in to Seven Day Auto they looked at it & came to the conclusion that it was my fuel pump so I agreed to have it replaced which they did,it ran well for a week but the idle was still weak & eventually it died out like before,I then took it back & they said they'd look at it & check the diagnostics again & said they came back but said I had a crack on my intake manifold gasket & that was probably the issue so I said ok then I'll have it replaced which was done,it ran alright for almost a couple weeks but the idle issue was never any better & died once again,so I took it back explaining it's still giving me issues & if they could please figure it out they agreed & had it for days & said it was probably my spark plugs they were pretty bad so I said ok change them so that afternoon I went to pick it up & they told me it's not the spark plugs it's a misfire & I needed a new fuel injector so already pressed for money I told them that repair would have to wait given I was already in 1,on repairs that probably weren't even necessary & I'd do it in a couple weeks so they gave me my keys & I proceeded to drive off but when I cranked up my vehicle I was astonished my truck sounded so awful & was shaking so bad,I went back in to the garage and explained I can't drive it like that it's gonna break down & the manager responded yeah it does sound bad,I'm thinking what kind of business sends out a customer in a vehicle like that especially when it's obviously their fault ,I didn't take my vehicle in to them in that condition so why would they send it out in worse condition??? & try to reason with me or explain anything?its really pathetic, anyhow I had to wait another days before they got my vehicle running back the same & didn't ever fix the idle issue.id tried to contact the other manager [redacted] whom seemed more reasonable but he never returned my calls, long story short they said it wasn't my fuel injector it was a lose wire & didn't charge me to tighten the lose wire wow!......they were so nice,I trusted them with my vehicle,my hard earned money not to mention all the time they had to trouble shoot my idle problem with no avail but yet charge me for most likely unnecessary repairs now I'm out 1,with the same issue in my vehicle which eventually I'll have to pay more to get it fixed by a business who specializes in honest auto repair
