Date: 11/2/16Revdex.com ID # [redacted] Re: In regards to Letter Dated 10/21/71) Warranty # [redacted] 7D Response:The homeowner did supply a gold AAMA label that contains our MFG code, which does confirm that our company did manufacture the windowThat label does not contain the size or specifications of a window7D had emailed the homeowner requesting the information from the x production label that is also placed in the header of the window which does contains the information to reference in our computer system to find the exact window that was built by our company7D had not heard back from Mr [redacted] after sending the email requesting additional label informationThe Revdex.com letter was received by our company and 7D is unclear why a complaint was filed by Mr [redacted] when our company had not received a response back from the homeowner regarding our email requestWe are a window manufacture and build a window according to the specifications ordered by a vendor and do not know where a window product will be installed, 7D has several hundred vendors and produces millions of windows and does install labels for the end user to reference, 7D does not know the reason the label is faded but does not dispute the fact 7D built the windows.7D Warranty Claim Status:Mr [redacted] did contact our company on 11/1/stating he wants to resolve the issue and does dot have that label informationHe did find out what model facility manufactured his home and has some general information regarding tire windows in his home, At this time, 7D is working with the homeowner to try and determine what size windows in the home and 7D has also reached out to the house manufacturer for any information they may have on file for this homeowner.Thank you, Kim R [redacted] 7D Industries
