This afternoon I went to Seven Clover to take advantage of a special advertised on an email I received yesterday night at 7pm. As of 12:20pm they had already sold out of that product and told me that "they would have more tomorrow". This exact thing (down to the timing) has happened with this dispensary twice before and I'm starting to question whether they have what they advertise in the first place.

I am thankful thatyou took the time to write to the Revdex.com because without knowing the issues it ishard for me to correct them. I am horrified that anyone would think we are playing a bait andswitch game. Please accept my apologies for the poor communication regarding the details ofour weekend sales.We do have a limited supply of sale products that we send out to locations for sale eachweekend. We grow the medicine ourselves and are restricted to a small plant count by the NewMexico Department of Health regulations, so our supply is always a limiting factor. Wepurposefully have two shipments, one on Saturday morning, and one on Sunday morning, inorder to get our sale items to patients that may not be able to make it on one of the weekenddays. We usually have two to three items on sale each weekend. It is the case that we do run outof supply on some sale items rather quickly. We are sensitive to this issue and try to arrange thesale items in such a way that we will have some sale items available late into the day on bothSaturday and Sunday.We recognize that coming to our location thinking we are going to have a given product in stockand on sale and finding that it is sold out is not the customer experience we want our patients tohave. We have taken steps to make patients aware of this situation. We add language on all salesemails that items are “While Supplies Last”. I understand from your letter to the Better BusinessBureau that we have fallen short in your eyes and for that I apologize.I will be reviewing our procedures with my management staff to assure that we communicatemore clearly in our emails that the items are quick to sell out.
