I purchased their lies and paid for the $1,7760 plan and worked the all the leads very hard. 90 plus precent of the leads were not valid, bad phone numbers, Bad email addresses, if you were able to talk to the person they either didn't know anything about looking for a home or they purchased a home 4 months ago. So there are all bad leads.
Please let me know if you do... my name is Lisa Mooney 904-545-8106
Avoid at all costs.
Do not worry you will have someone answer you shortly with cold blood dull face and irritating conversations.
My recommendation to all real estate agents never think about set schedule, do other things with your money other than deal with set schedule.
Find local businesses, view maps and get driving directions in google maps.
They claim to have a day money back guaranteeThey didn't send me my first appointment until April So there was no way to ask for money back when I never had an appointment to try their programThe way it is set up is to trick you, the appointments never even come within days, and I signed up to receive two appointments, so by the time you get to try the appointments the day fake guarantee is expiredAlso in email correspondence they never mentioned a day time limit for refund, I had already attached thatI later found on one of the materials the day thingAlso my rep also told me verbally they didn't want anyone in their program that wasn't happy and that if you weren't happy after they attempted to replace the appointments for you, they would give you your money backI am beginning to wonder if the Revdex.com, has read all the supportive documents I attached in the previous denial? Please reference back to the documentation took me hours to gather and provide youThis company is scamming people and selling one thing and saying anotherIt is clear if you just look at it please? It is clear that many people have filed complaints against them when I look on your site? How are you still allowing this scam of a company to be on your membership? Should I contact the attorney generals office? I have also attached some of the local realtors who reviewed them and got scammed by them alsoI believe that the Revdex.com is about protecting consumers from companies exactly like this? I think I may need to contact the National Association of Realtors and let them know whats happeningI clearly supported to your organization that this company says they sell listing appointments, then later tries to say they are something elseI don't understand after looking over what I provided you, this is not open and shut? This company FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below A refund form was signed on 6/14/but funds are still not back in my account as of todayIt has been almost weeks since this transaction took place, I do not see why it has to take this long for the funds to be reimbursed I will considered this issue resolved only when funds are back in my account Regards, [redacted] ***- [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I have several more screenshots but was only allowed to upload files here.NOTE- the contract outlines "what" an appointment is -- I received NO APPOINTMENTS during the month time periodAppendix A shows that it was supposed to be for a month time periodI am not satisfied with their answers and I will not back downThe two LEADS I received during the month time period were just leads and did NOT want to speak to an agent I signed up for appointments in a month time frame (per their contract)I did not receive that Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below [I am not satisfied with the businesses reply because all their attorney is doing is continuing what the set schedule staff was doing, which was lying I have attached the statement from my bank account reflecting that the amount of $1,although was originally credited back to me, that credit was reversedSo I paid for a service they did not provide and after refusing to refund me my money, they just want to keep the lies going If they refund my money I will gladly remove my complaint from Revdex.com and any other platform] Regards, [redacted]
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.SetSchedule promised to provide leads which have been screened by their staff The first lead I received was for a home in Moorpark that was not for sale I prepared a listing presentation I knocked on the door at the time scheduled by Set Schedule A person answered the door and told me the home was not for sale I then called the seller's phone number which was given to me by Set Schedule The person answering the phone did not know what I was talking about did not have any conversations with the staff from Set Schedule This lead was bogus I told Set Schedule that and they said they will find me another lead They sent me a lead with an appointment The seller spoke to me and said they do not want to sell their home This was another bogus lead I haven't had any other leads from Set Schedule It has been months They promised me verified leads I received nothing When I try to contact them I receive a virtual assistant I was told I would have a contact named [redacted] I never spoke to [redacted] I later had a contact named *** She disappeared and now I have a contact named *** None of these people provided me with anything When I told them I wanted a refund they said it was in process They kept me hanging for weeks This company has not provided the services they promised, therefore, their contract with me is null and void and I want a full refund of $ I do not believe this company is legitimate I believe their licenses should be revoked.Regards, [redacted]
To Whom It May Concern: This correspondence is the second response to the complaint made by [redacted] (ID [redacted] ) about SetSchedule, LLC (the “Company”)Ms [redacted] offered no new information to show how the statements she made about the Company in her complaint were not defamatoryIn fact, Ms [redacted] explicitly admits in her most recent response that her complaint was defamatoryFurther, she also states that the purpose of her statements was to damage the Company’s reputationMs [redacted] outright admits she made defamatory statements concerning the Company and that she should be liable as a resultMs [redacted] makes the Company’s argument for it, but in an effort to further illustrate the outlandish nature of her statements, the Company will address the other issues in her responseMs [redacted] ’s response is nothing more than the Company’s previous response chopped up and stated in the alternativeMs [redacted] presumably did this because she still has no credible argument despite having two opportunities to offer proof of the truthfulness of her statements The Company maintains that it provided the appointments it was required to provide under Membership Agreement (the “Agreement”) the parties entered intoIn fact, the Company has documentation of every appointment it provided to Ms [redacted] , something she attempts to refuteMs [redacted] makes blanket proclamations that the Company is liable for breach of contract and misrepresentations, yet cannot provide one fact supporting these claimsIf there was in fact a breach of contract or a misrepresentation, it should be very easy for Ms [redacted] to substantiate these claimsYet, she cannot because she’s fabricated the facts surrounding her experience with the CompanyMs [redacted] is encouraged to show just exactly what provisions of the Agreement were breached and where misrepresentations were madeThere was no breach of contract because Company did provide the appointments as required under the AgreementThere were no misrepresentations made by the Company and in fact, the Agreement explicitly disclaimed the guarantees she references in her responseMs [redacted] , who again opently admitted her previous statements were defamatory, doubles down on such conduct and makes additional defamatory statements that the Company is victimizing clients, committing fraud, and using unethical tacticsThese are serious accusations that go beyond the bounds of mere defamationLastly, Ms [redacted] makes more statements concerning people she has never met and of whom it would be impossible for her to know the details aboutThe Company’s Revdex.com page is no place for such hearsay and these statements fall in line with her complete fabrication of the true events that occurred with the CompanyAs a result of the continued and admitted defamation, as well as publicizing statements concerning parties unknown and irrelevant to her, we expect permanent removal of her complaint and consider this matter closedAllowing Ms [redacted] to continue making up a story is not productive to any parties involved, including the Revdex.comThe bottom line is that the Company agreed to provide Ms [redacted] a set number of appointments with prospective clients and the Company met this promiseMs [redacted] has chosen to respond by defaming the Company, causing harm to the Company as a resultFor these reasons, we expect permanent removal of the complaintPlease feel free to contact our office with any questions
