With their expertise, I was able to track down the scammers and retrieved my lost deposits and profits.

Worst company to do business with in the real estate industry.
I purchased their lies and paid for the $1,7760 plan and worked the all the leads very hard. 90 plus precent of the leads were not valid, bad phone numbers, Bad email addresses, if you were able to talk to the person they either didn't know anything about looking for a home or they purchased a home 4 months ago. So there are all bad leads.

They are still lying to and robbing Agents/Brokers! I was called with an "unbelievable" referral format - Yeah right! No Sellers as I requested. The single Buyer (of 6 that did not ignore my calls or hang up on me) was looking for a home 2 years ago. That is "unbelievable" alright! Too bad there is not enough time to check their reviews prior to them collecting your funds and creditcard information. Another one is HouseJet.com - AVOID, AVOID like the plague!

This company have $4,000 of my money and will not return it. They have terrible leads, customer service and they still charge a fee for closings. I regret ever signing up for this service. Do yourself a favor and don't sign up in the beginning.

I am a real estate broker in Bozeman, Montana, and I got a phone call from one of their salesperson; they have a "believable platform" and can convince you that they will give you great, qualified leads. THAT IS NOT THE CASE; they promise 100 qualified leads within 90 days and don't send you ONE good lead. Of the ones I got, one was sitting there for nine months, the other was browsing, and the rest was just history. Nine leads are all bad. I have worked in this business for almost 20 years and NEVER never had to go through something like this. They will be STOPPED, I promise you. I am opening a LEGAL CLAIM against these SCAMMERS today! If you want to join me, please do SO!

This company is a complete joke. I did not receive one qualified lead. They then charged my card for an additional year after I asked them not too. My Credit Card Company sided with them. You do not want to work with this company. It is a complete waste of money and time! I would give them less than 1 stars if I could!

I have had several appointments with the staff. Not one of them was realized. They send info and no instructions for connection rather than resolve it, they just make another appointment. There is no phone number for contact nor address. I believe this is a scam and has no redeeming value to real estate agents.

Real Estate Team member proceeded, following persuasive webinar, to sign up to use SetSchedule as a lead generator. Two weeks later, following an onboarding session, and the team member cannot access account either by phone app or desktop. An expensive $2,000 lesson. Read the reviews abundantly found during a basic search or the Inman Real Estate article showing this is a fraudulent company.

I would to give this place a negative 5 star that is how unethical and unreliable they are. They are the absolute worst and totally full of lies, deception, arrogance, misinformation, and out right BS! They promised solid qualified vetted leads and what I got from them was total useless nonsense. You call them and you get their tele call center in the Phillipines with crying babies in the back ground, arrogance, lack of customer support, and the typical robotic responses. I called a few months into expressing my disappointment and wanting to cancel..all they said was to re-read the contract that they do not cancel. I said ok but to make sure my subscription was not extended...the service rep promised me he would handle it and what do you think they did? Extended my account without my authorization...their employee guaranteed me my account would not move forward at the conclusion of my year. All they are good for is sending you crap and clogging up your texts daily. The promised great leads and all I got were leases and out of area...nothing...absolutely nothing. Avoid this crap operation at all costs...do not spend a penny with them...I will look into further action if need be. Total scammers!

If you are looking for a place to waste money this is it. They promised verified leads of buyers and sellers. They had buyers and sellers waiting for an agent to help them. In truth the provided numbers of people that had no interest in buying or selling Real Estate. Most leads I took would not answer or return phone calls, txts or emails. One person that did answer said " No I'm not selling my home, I have no interest in selling" Yet these were supposed to be verified leads. Another rare number that got an answer told me I had the wrong number. This is the most useless lead generating service in the industry. I even got a call one day from them saying that they had a lead on the phone that needed an agent in my area, and could they connect me. I said sure. Then suddenly there was no lead on the line and they would try to re connect with them. After 10 minutes they were unsuccessful and in my conversation with the rep, I commented that I wasn't surprised as I had not received any actual real lead from them. Se told me, "Well we put those leads out to may agents and who ever contacts them first, and if you are not first then the lead may not want to be contacted. " In other words the numbers they are putting out is the equivalent of spamming. Then to top it off. when the year of leads that I pre paid for was over, they tried to charge me again for another year without authorization. Thankfully my credit card company contacted me asking if it was a legitimate purchase. I said NO it was not authorized. Had my card company not contacted me, It could have been a fight to get it refunded. PLEASE dont waste your money or time with this scam company.

Never had any contact with them but getting spammed by their marketing team. Unsolicited email marketing is the sign of a bad company that has to resort to black-hat tactics to get customers because clearly, they're not good enough to get them using the means of a successful and competent company.

Avoid at all costs.

I really don't want to give them not even a one. They were terrible. I plead to you - do not use this company. I paid $2,700 and I tried to fight it on my American Express card and the said part about it was totally their fault. I spoke to a manager and he never followed up. I spoke to another manager and he told me in other words you will use it or you lose it and he was correct because I am in Florida and he knows that if I wanted to even attempt to fight it I would have to get an attorney in their state and it would probably cost me more money to fight and they get it. But I am begging you do not use that company. You can get better leads from anywhere if you have that kind of money to spend.

They are thieves, they took my money and block my bage, they provide bad leads either wrong phone number, not exist email addresses or people they dont like to buy or sell homes. Mostly set schedule are fake, money suckers, and thieves. They need to do contract with agent and give them their back.
Do not worry you will have someone answer you shortly with cold blood dull face and irritating conversations.

My recommendation to all real estate agents never think about set schedule, do other things with your money other than deal with set schedule.

They claim to have a day money back guaranteeThey didn't send me my first appointment until April So there was no way to ask for money back when I never had an appointment to try their programThe way it is set up is to trick you, the appointments never even come within days, and I signed up to receive two appointments, so by the time you get to try the appointments the day fake guarantee is expiredAlso in email correspondence they never mentioned a day time limit for refund, I had already attached thatI later found on one of the materials the day thingAlso my rep also told me verbally they didn't want anyone in their program that wasn't happy and that if you weren't happy after they attempted to replace the appointments for you, they would give you your money backI am beginning to wonder if the Revdex.com, has read all the supportive documents I attached in the previous denial? Please reference back to the documentation took me hours to gather and provide youThis company is scamming people and selling one thing and saying anotherIt is clear if you just look at it please? It is clear that many people have filed complaints against them when I look on your site? How are you still allowing this scam of a company to be on your membership? Should I contact the attorney generals office? I have also attached some of the local realtors who reviewed them and got scammed by them alsoI believe that the Revdex.com is about protecting consumers from companies exactly like this?
