Hello,I am writing in response to complaint # [redacted] . I have looked into what was sent and below is what I have found. It appears I have hit a roadblock on my end at least with the information given and additional information may be best found on the [redacted] side as it appears to have been... their error but, if you need more information or would like to discuss further, please let me know. We have checked our records on the date stated on the complaint (11/19/16) and we had two shipments that day both marked as pre-paid so they wouldn’t fit the issue at least if it was an error on our company’s side. Outside of that, we don’t have any way to know what [redacted] ’s [redacted] account # would be and we have no record of charging any 3rd party account for a shipment on the 19th. I also asked to do a broader search for dates matching any charges to the amount listed on the complaint but the charge amount that a third party would see does not relate to what Setra would see since the discount applied to a charge is different for all account holders. Lastly, I had AP/AR do a search for the claimant’s name to see if he was listed as a customer and nothing came back.
